Frequently asked questions
- How does a staff member join?
- The employer adds the employee and shares a short invite code. The staff member installs Rosterbook,
signs up, and enters the code to link their account.
- How is my location used?
- Location is used only at the moment a staff member checks in or out, to confirm they're at the
assigned work site. Rosterbook never tracks location in the background.
- I forgot my password.
- On the sign-in screen, use “Forgot password” to receive a reset email, or contact us above.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings (or your Profile) inside the app and choose “Delete account.” Employers keep their own
records; staff keep their own history, as described in our privacy policy.
- Which languages are supported?
- English and Hindi.
